Our experience spans 80+ countries and includes coaching leaders and assessing senior officials across pharma, financial, energy, engineering, food, and tourism industries, alongside the public sector.
We help close skills gaps through the design and implementation of development programmes and a variety of learning experiences from unconscious bias workshops to hybrid learning.

At the heart of it all is our founder – Michael Mauro.
“Ever since I was young, I was fascinated by people and their behaviour. I always knew I would end up working in the field of psychology, whatever form it may take.
Self-exploration and reflection have been fundamental to my own personal and professional journey, as has my lived experience as a proud LGBTQIA+ & BAME professional.
After getting tired of the fossilised approach most learning and leadership development firms were taking, it was time to create my own boutique consultancy. I knew from the start that a more relaxed and human approach in a field that is overly complicated and corporate would allow me to form deeper connections with clients and their teams, helping them achieve something incredible.”
