Background
Michael Mauro was approached by a technical and professional services organisation and a maritime classification society looking to create a High Potential Program.
As a global business spanning 80+ countries, they were experiencing an unstable talent pipeline and were in short supply of future leaders. Contributing to this were rapid internal and external changes, expansion intonew markets, a lack of diversity within the workforce, extremely long employee tenure, and general resistance to change.
How We Helped
Michael Mauro came in to identify and propel the next generation of leadership at both middle and senior levels in this global brand. In close partnership with the business, we deployed a successful talent needs analysis, rolled out customised global programmes and achieved positive organisational buy-in.
All this allowed us to fully innovate the company's existing programme.
